BroadSoft offers a variety of instructor led courses that explain BroadWorks concepts, investigates systems applications and associated technologies.  Instructor led training blends personal delivery, hands-on experience and student participation to create a rich learning environment.
Class time is divided into both lecture oriented learning and practical application exercises to facilitate proficiency.

Individual attention, student / peer inter-action in conjunction with BroadWorks certified instructors help create a student environment rich in content, perspective and on-demand answers.

BroadWorks Training Center is a professionally equipped training environment with dedicated BroadWorks platform access, customer premise equipment, and software applications engineered specifically for students.  The Center is capable of hosting up to 20 students with personally dedicated resources for instruct-led programs.
